Talking About Teaching Group

Reflecting on the work of the group.

Like all scholarly work the progress and outcomes of the Teaching Circle should be subject to monitoring and evaluation.
The group should regularly take time to;

• check on progress,
• review aims and objectives (re-formulating if necessary)
• ensure commitment levels remain high
• celebrate achievements
• recruit new members
• circulate notes of meetings to non-members for comment and suggestions.

Attention to these details will ensure the group remains focussed and relevant to the department.
